Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

If you think about how Biden kept his eyes focused directly forward when he spoke it was as if he were reading a teleprompter.
Also when he was asked what he would say on Inauguration Day if elected, his comment was too spontaneous and scripted to not have known that question would be asked.

All I know is that if Joe Biden was a Republican, the media would be demanding an explanation... and it wouldn't be good enough. Nor would it be hard to find it mentioned on all the media outlets. As a matter of fact, it would be ubiquitous.
Moreover, if Joe was a Republican, then some Senator of the same party from Alaska, Utah or Maine would be "courageously" disowning him in concert with "conservative" pundits past their expiration date.
Answers:
1. It’s a numbers game. They aren’t “removed” in subsequent testing. If they are negative, it lowers the number of positive results for that day.
2. Not a question but, in those 10 days, were there indications of a wave of positives and a subsiding of positives?
3. Not a question but, it does seem odd that the number of tests or the number of negative results is not reported.
He may be wearing darkened contacts on stage and the dark “aviators” in sunlight.
He may be having the same type of “fit-response” that Hillary has when confronted with flashing or passing bright lights.
This makes more sense to me due to Joe’s age and likely adaptability to broad-spectrum change.
He would be agitated and distracted by a “teleprompter” contact lens.
One hears that the present Xi (?) leadership has some challengers. Their tough stand against Prez Trump has resulted in punishing tariffs and sanctions; also, China's economy is suffering - perhaps due to Xi's tough guy persona.
My son quoted a source that said that O-zero ordered the end of testing so that the public wouldn’t panic and the idea of pandemic would not occur.
