Biden wins the election, but before the electoral college gathers his son gets indicted/arrested for child abuse. And further, that Biden definitively (or close to it) knew that of this abuse, and that the abuse victim was a minor, and perhaps even a relative. What would those electors do? Would they still cast their votes for Biden knowing he allowed a child to be abused? What would happen to those electors back home if they did?
Suppose Queen Elizabeth II grew male gonads. Would that make her King Elizabeth?
Lets suppose TRUMP WINS. End of story.

Your scenario is a true unknown. It’s layer upon layer of hypotheticals. Besides, if Biden does win, nothing will happen to him or his son. The United States as we have known her will cease to exist. Oh, it might continue with visible trappings of our former country, but those will only be a veneer.
I am not rooting for Biden. I am wondering how devastating this would be for the democrats in the long run. And assuredly the constitutional crisis that would happen. I guess I should have asked this to some thinking people.
From what I’ve heard, the Biden votes are not Biden’s they belong to his party so his ticket would still win. Perhaps Kamala would choose her VP
I expect electors to do their job of faithfully transmitting their state’s vote to Congress.

Apart from the election results, the hypotheticals as to the abuse are factual according to numerous sources. I’ve researched this, and disregarding the constitutional questions, politically it would be a nightmare.
It would be up to the new Congress to impeach Biden.
I’m taking the Amy Coney Barrett stance...that I don’t speak on what if’s or possible scenarios.
