Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

We must be winning because I hear and read this kind of certainty all the time from various media--hammering away at the inevitability of a Biden victory the way did with Hillary in 2016.
Where is the enthusiasm for Biden? His rallies draw no one. They claim that's because they tell people not to come! How stupid do they think we are?

Rush is one who probably had a problem with prescription drug abuse. He was investigated over a dozen years ago for doctor shopping and fraud in order to obtain pain medication, but the single charge of fraud was dropped in exchange for his agreement to enter a treatment program.
He probably wouldn’t want to see the President’s friendship with him thrown in the President’s face and become a distraction, even though Rush is clean now and completely satisfied the conditions of his agreement.

Gina Haspel’s status is unknown to me. Q has praised her, now some ambiguity. It is known, however, to Trump/Q. Regarding Wray, Q said “Trust Wray”. Then Wray was pictured with a red X, and seemed “now” to be either a weak sister or bad. Which is he? Leveraged? Got unleveraged? Fog of war, perhaps to make the enemy think many of Trump’s people are actually not doing their job, to confuse them? I doln’t know. But it’s not my job to know, so I don’t fret about it.
One of Sun Tzu’s principles is to make the enemy think you are weak when you are strong. Keeping the enemy in the dark is a huge part of warfare.
So therefore, I am unconcerned. There are things I (and others here) are unable to know, since we do not have the necessary facts with which to make a determination. I know that the people who need to know, know. And they have the ability to make whatever decisions, and actions, are required to go forward to justice.
Furthermore, I am 100% sure that many things and statuses of people are murkty precisely because that is part of the team’s strategy to keep the enemy in the dark. If you and I don’t know, the enemy doesn’t know. So it’s good.
IOW I trust Trump’s plan.
