Why do you think we should recall Governor Gavin Newsom? Please send us an email with your reason for recalling Gavin Newsom, include your name and your county for consideration to blogs@recallgavin2020.com
Eric From San Mateo County I am recalling Gavin Newsom because he is an utmost failure at being governor.. He has worked AGAINST the people of California with his tyrannical ways and going against the wishes of the people Upon taking office he immediately put a moratorium on the death penalty in which California voters overwhelmingly voted to have in [ ]
Read more Craig From Los Angeles County There are many, many reasons to recall Newsom, no need to repeat what many have already listed. The top of the list should be his support for the undoing of proposition 13.
Read more Michael From Contra Costa County The recent decision to ban the sale of all cars and trucks by 2035 powered by an internal combustion engine. The infrastructure to support this decision does not exist at this time and there is no way that California is going to be able to raise the enormous amounts of money to build that infrastructure [ ]
Read more Julio From Los Angeles County I voted for Newsom. I believed that he would be a good leader. But as soon as the pandemic hit, he showed that he was hungry for power. Instead of looking for balance and middle ground he instead rampaged ahead with his personal paranoias and implemented a policy of no this, no that! Oh and [ ]
Read more Jane From Fresno County I dont know of any reason NOT to recall Gavin Newsom as Governor of California. He has repeatedly abused his power, and lied to the people he swore to represent. He has granted early release to criminals, forced businesses and churches to close (many never to reopen) and has kept kids out of school regardless [ ]
Read more Joan From San Diego County I have many reasons for my seeking that Gavin Newsom be recalled and removed as Governor of the State of California. Two of my reasons at the top of my list are his decisions to (1) make CA a Sanctuary State for Illegals and Criminals and (2) Open Borders.
Read more Reid From Los Angeles County Newsom endorsed Proposition 16. If Proposition 16 passes in November, it will legalize racial preferences in the University of California admissions process. Also, he is nothing but a rubber stamp for the Democratic supermajority in the state legislature and their radical agenda.
Read more Lynn From Los Angeles County Reasons to recall Gavin begin with handling of California economy. Highest gasoline taxes; failure to stop riots; failure to hire police and firefighters; handling of wildfires; Fail to address homeless population; open boarders and Sanctuary Cities. So many reasons, so little time!
Read more Betty From San Francisco County His secretive $1 Billion mask deal to a China automaker, without CA legislature approval. This amount spent in the U.S. would have put a lot of people to work! Releasing nearly 18,000 prisoners, who will need food and shelter. Without resources for these, they will be committing crimes again! I feel very afraid. Or he [ ]
Read more Peter From San Francisco County There are a lot of reasons why I am recalling Gavin Newsom. First is his ridiculous statewide mandate that forces everyone to wear masks, Governor Newsom has come out and threatened to not fund counties who do not wish to enforce this ridiculous policy-the problem with this is that a lot of needed services could [

Need to recall EVERS in WI, before REDISTRICTING.
He's exactly like the conceited ant that floats down the Sacramento river through the delta to the gay bay lyin on his back on a piece of bark with an erection yellin raise the draw bridge at the top of his little ant lungs!!!
I wonder if Bill Simon could have beaten Bustamante in the recall election, (if Ahole didn’t run and presuming McClintock dropped out).
He didn’t seem to express any interest in running. I think any Republican with a pulse could’ve defeated Bustamante in the recall.
He did run, dropped out quickly.
Remember that the Establishment RINOs wanted Tricky Dick Riordan to be anointed. They dispatched Ah-nold Schwollenpecker to go meet him, and Ah-nold realized after spending a short time with him that Riordan was not mentally sound(!) and would not be able to credibly mount a campaign, so he decided to stand-in as the preferred leftist RINO.
I found it curious they mentioned on Wikipedia that Gov. Davis was more concerned about facing Tricky Dick than Bill Simon, Jr. in 2002. That would’ve presumed the Conservative base, which soundly rejected Riordan, would be on fire for his candidacy. I submit Riordan would’ve received fewer votes than Simon had he been the nominee. In fact, I think Riordan could’ve received the Demonrat nomination if he had gone that direction. He did absolutely nothing for the CA GOP.
Just as I absolutely refused to endorse Ah-nold, as he turned out to be every inch as bad as I predicted, I would similarly have refused to endorse Riordan. The state had only one sane option to put it back on the right track, and that was Tom McClintock.
I remember thinking Bill Jones...a statewide winner, should have been the nominee in 2002.
Jones was too weak as a Gubernatorial nominee, unfortunately.
