Oreo debuts limited edition rainbow cookies in support of LGBTQ+ community

Oreo, in partnership with PFLAG, announced Friday that it has released a limited-edition rainbow cookie in support of the LGBTQ+ community.
Starting Oct. 9, the colored cream cookies, which will not be sold in stores, will be given away to the first 10,000 people to share on social media their idea of allyship.

There used to be a time when an “Oreo” was considered to be a racist cookie, black on the outside, white on the inside. Now it is a gay cookie. Who knew?
