Well, either Q made a mistake, which is always possible, or the CDC numbers are inflated, and Q is giving us the “real” number.

I came across a video I posted here a month or so ago by somebody driving through NYC and showing how vacant it was - the poster - who hadn’t himself/herself made the video - came under lots of vitriol on Twitter ala “it’s not like that anymore” ... but reports such as yours continues to confirm it may not be as vacant as it was at the peak of COVID-19 lockdowns but, nonetheless, it appears it’s still pretty barren. It was my understanding, that the IRS has a program, where if you report tax evasion, then you get a % of the additional taxes that the IRS can take in.
So these guys followed the money so to speak, and reported it to IRS, and also went before Congress. Apparently, the IRS was more concerned with covering up for CF.
That’s the extent of my understanding.
