Sounds like it AND he’s not contagious.

This note says that he received NO oxygen at the hospital, that contradicts some stories that have claimed he had an oxygen incident on Saturday.

The note says “since initial hospitalization.” Which means at initial hospitalization he did receive supplemental oxygen, and he had first received supplemental oxygen at the White House, which is what prompted his medial team to transfer him to Walter Reed in the first place.

Read it again. Says he received no oxygen SINCE initial hospitalization.

It says “no oxygen since initial hospitalization”. That’s a 24 hour period. Hospital days are measured from time of arrival, the first day usually referred to as “observation”, unless the patient was a “direct admit”, as the president most likely was, but that doesn’t keep that first 24 hours from being the “initial hospitalization”. (All set up by Medicare and insurance companies, because some Medicare or insurance benefits are determined by whether a patient is an “admit” or an “observation patient”)
If rules have changed since I’ve retired, let me know.

“He’s got immunity”

The other candidate doesn’t.

Yep, the detection of the IgG antibodies means President Trump’s immune system is building his own “permanent” immunity. These new antibodies are his own and are different from the two-antibody cocktail that he was given earlier. Trump should continue to try to get more rest so his body can devote its energy to further building of immunity.

Yay!!

I don’t know if you are a doctor, or just play one on TV.
But that was very well-stated. Thanks for chiming in!

No, I’m not a doc. But we get a pretty good education on these boards by reading the informative postings by FReepers who are medical doctors.

The. Man is famous for working others under the table. Early on, he scolded his son for not being at the office at 5:30 am.

He works others to dust. Probably always has.

He is also one of those who sleeps 4-5 hours per day max. I’ve known a few. They are energy dervishes.

they never were what you state. some people are observation status and remain that way throughout their stay. Others are admitted (inpatient) from the beginning. The term direct admit means they were admitted to the hospital without coming in through the ER which would be true of the presidents admission this time. A direct admit can either be inpatient or observation. as well. There is no official term initial hospitalization and therefore no formal timeframe associated with it

True. According to his long time butler, about 4 hours. Then reads 5 newspapers.

Very interesting interview with the butler I found when researching Trump before he announced he was running for president in 2015. I didn’t know a thing about Trump, so I went looking for info. Several good insights into his personality.

Occasionally he will walk the grounds, and if things look good, he will hand all the groundskeepers a $100 bill each.

White cap, he’s in a good mood. Red cap, keep your distance.

Same as everyone else I’ve found who actually knows him, says Trump is very kind and generous.

In other interviews, all taken in general, he is known to have a tough guy public image, and a private one as the nicest guy you ever met. According to several people who have known him for years.

When the butler paid his own way to Trump’s father’s funeral, Trump ordered his pilot to fly him back to Palm Beach. $100,000 to get the thing off the ground, and about $40,000 in fuel and other costs. One passenger, the butler.

With all the hoopla in the media about how horrible Trump is to women, his personal secretary in Trump Tower is a woman who has been in that position for 20 years. Now tell me again how awful he is to women??? She had been there 20 years when a documentary was made about the 757 he owns. I think about 2014.
