The response to our country's last pandemic resulted in over 60 million infections. If it has been as deadly as COVID-19 there would have been an outrageous number of deaths. Biden criticizes Trump, but all we have to do is look back a few years to see what would have happened had he been in charge. Trump should hit him with this over and over!

You're comparing confirmed cases for Covud with estimated cases for H1N1. Completely invalid.

It is interesting to me to learn that it was acceptable to estimate the total number of people who were infected.
Q: Why did the CDC only estimate the number of infections? Why don’t they have an accurate number of H1N1 infections?
A: Because we don’t routinely test for a disease when people are asymptomatic for it.
Yes, this typical way of estimating the number of people infected was CHANGED for CoVid. We have rarely tested people for diseases before they are symptomatic before now.
