I agree that he should take a well earned rest. He has certainly earned it. The world won’t end if he is not out there every day. His entire term has been pure hell unleashed on him every day. I frankly don’t know how he has done it. A break will do him good. When he comes back, rested a recharged, Biden had better hold on to his hat.
Yes, a relaxed, conversational chat, with fireplace, on one or two subjects...no one questioning him. Just a chance to delve deeper into a topic.
Everyone says, in a one on one and behind the scenes, he has a warmer personality. Give him a chance to just talk without confrontation.
For the record, The President has been talking directly to the American people almost every day. The venue is the press room and the chat is the substance of the daily briefing
At least once a week he is on the phone for nearly an hour on Fox and Friends delivering his message de jour.
