Now that the FBI has confirmed they have the hard drive, they will have to do something. Rudy still has copies, and I believe has put copies in the hands of numerous people. If the FBI were the ONLY ones in possession of Hunter’s emails, pics, and videos, I’d think differently....but too many others are in possession and have viewed this stuff (including Bernie Kerik) that it’s not going to die in an FBI storage room.
