Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Just announced on Tim Conway’s show on KFI Radio Los Angeles that President Trump has tested positive for Covid 19.
He sounded sick when he was talking to Hannity.

POTUS sounded hoarse last night at the rally.
W. House Physician releases statement. They will quarantine at the White house. They are well now. POTUS will continue with his duties.
Pink is for breast cancer awareness.
Just a thought....maybe this is a move to keep POTUS and FLOTUS away from any public appearances (and even whereabouts unknown maybe?) as “stuff” may be habbening?

My first thought was they found a way to infect him and this is all about stopping the rallies.
