Why are politicians not subjected to random drug tests like millions of other Americans?

Politicians decisions can dramatically affect millions of people, entire cities, states, the nation and other countries.

Same with Judges, cops, teachers etc. Their decisions can destroy people. Yet most all these people in these positions are not subjected to random drug tests like millions of other Americans.

Now, with arguably the most important election in modern American history, one of the presidential candidates flat out refuses to take a test prior to the debate. Biden could be elected president of the most powerful country on the planet, yet he's not subjected to random drug tests?

I find this to very odd not to mention a colossal double standard.

Yeah. If I was in a job interview and they asked for a drug test that would be the end of the interview. I’d pass, but I don’t want to work anyplace like that. That level of distrust of employees sinks into the foundation and makes the whole place toxic.

Drug tests are for little people. Honestly Biden is right. I wouldn’t take a drug test.

So you'd have no issues with people making decisions that directly affect you, even though their decisions might be totally distorted or skewed by drug use?

I’m way more worried about them being morons. And there’s no test for that. The big scary drug boogieman is just that, a fiction spawned largely by the government to control you. Would Biden be more of a dipstick high? Would you actually respect him if he tested negative?

So your answer is, “No”?

My answer is:
morons are morons.

Answer my questions do you actually think Biden would be a bigger dipstick high? Would you gain respect for him if he tested negative?

If you answer no to either of those you understand why the whole drug test thing is stupid. if you refuse to answer those questions you also understand why it’s stupid, but you’re afraid to admit it.

You asked why politicians are exempted.

Because they write the laws.

And do you think any if them them, with the exception of Trump, would submit to one without being required by law?

Answer my questions do you actually think Biden would be a bigger dipstick high?

That's odd, you answered my question not with an answer but with a question. Very evasive you are.

But I'll play along. People take drugs sometimes due to mental issues and those drugs only work for so long and sometimes they're given drugs which makes them worse. And illegal drugs could totally warp one's decision making process etc. So my answer is, yes, Biden taking drugs could easily make him a "bigger dipstick".

In fact, how do ya know him taking drugs is what made him a "Big dipstick"? You don't.

That’s simple, no drug test and not accepting random drug testing, they don’t get sworn-in or take office. Just like Chicken Licken does with their help.

To: dragnet2; All

I have said for YEARS that there should be random, unannounced drug tests for ALL Federal employers. Assign Fauci to studying the urine samples.

No I answered your question quite directly. Twice. Morons are morons.

You skipped the second question.

Biden has been a dipstick his entire career. Drugs, no drugs, doesn’t matter. He’s a moron.

Unions

No foolin.

If you have a high security clearance you are subject to urinalysis, but everybody else is protected by the federal government employees Uniom.

Politicians might be another matter, but if they’re not participating in operation golden flow, they should be.

Now I recall you stu. You're the person who routinely evades legitimate pertinent questions and then when called on it, ya start calling names.

People like you never seem to change.

With enough groundswell, the push to drug test politicians, especially based on those with access to classified information could get far enough to force them to explain why they exempt themselves which could give grounds for discrimination lawsuits for anyone who's lost a government job for testing positive.

The selling point is that Congress must be in alignment when fighting a drug war against FOREIGN entities that move drugs into the U.S.

Lemme explain it for the short bus:
you either have the capacity to make good decisions
or you don’t
If you don’t have the capacity to make good decisions (ie moron) then you’re not gonna make good decisions, drugs, no drugs, doesn’t matter
If you do have that capacity then one of the basic good decisions you will make is understanding that right now you’re not at capacity, whether it’s cause you’re high or drunk or had a fight with the wife or was up all night binging breaking bad

Morons are morons.

Very inquisitive, you refuse to answer the question with a simple yes or no and instead kick up the dust of deceit and distraction.

See the tagline stu.

Or to be held responsible for the oaths they took as part of the positions

Oaths of office have become meaningless. Office holders can now lie to the electorate and violate the Constitution without any punishment coming to them. Can you spell 'banana republic'????
