In the second term a thorough investigation needs to be done by the CIA. FBI, and NSA as much as possible to determine the origins of the WuFlu. If it turns out this was a deliberate release, there needs to be serious retribution up to the point of sparking a full fledged overthrow of the ChiComs. This has ruined lives and perhaps changed our perceptions of freedoms forever! A price must be paid and payment extracted with interest.

What unfounded conspiracy theories?The ChiComs developed this virus in their Bio-lab and whether it escaped from the lab in error or it was released on purpose they “ChiComs” knew that the virus was in the environment so they locked down the people in the immediate area and allowed the foreigners to depart and carry it home without alerting the governments of those people. Who could have taken actions prior to their return home to prevent them from spreading that virus.
So indirectly it was a Bio-weapon whether it was purposely designed or not.
