What unfounded conspiracy theories?The ChiComs developed this virus in their Bio-lab and whether it escaped from the lab in error or it was released on purpose they “ChiComs” knew that the virus was in the environment so they locked down the people in the immediate area and allowed the foreigners to depart and carry it home without alerting the governments of those people. Who could have taken actions prior to their return home to prevent them from spreading that virus.
So indirectly it was a Bio-weapon whether it was purposely designed or not.
There is ample evidence that the CCP decided to take advantage of the “outbreak”. They are bad faith actors and that is really all we need to take punitive actions against China.
