The story I read says he was fleeing police.
Last year in south Austin I was almost wiped off the map by these street racers. Charge the with murder.
This is like a broken record. It seems that 80-90% of all crimes are committed by people with rap sheets "a mile long."
When I was growing up, it was drummed into my head that even one felony would ruin my life forever. Now all of that it out the window as serial felons are turned right back into the streets. No wonder we are seeing so much more crime.
So the POlice killed another unarmed Black man.

Drag racing on the streets isn’t even a thought.
