This is like a broken record. It seems that 80-90% of all crimes are committed by people with rap sheets "a mile long."
When I was growing up, it was drummed into my head that even one felony would ruin my life forever. Now all of that it out the window as serial felons are turned right back into the streets. No wonder we are seeing so much more crime.

Or rap sheets “as long as your arm” was the expression back then. Can you imagine a rap sheet printed out (best they could) in the 80s-90s and it was as long as the prosecutor’s arm?
