The actress-singer revealed that she felt her brain wasnt functioning properly.
After being strictly vegan for many years, singer-actress Miley Cyrus has decided to drop the diet.
The 27-year-old made the revelation in a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, where she said that she felt her health was being compromised.
She told the host: I was vegan for a very long time and Ive had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasnt functioning properly.
She also said she suffered from hip pain that she attributed to her diet.
Now, however, she said shes so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned (sic).
She recalled feeling like she was "running on empty" during a performance at Glastonbury music festival one year.
The Wrecking Ball singer revealed that her first non-vegan meal grilled fish was cooked by ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, and that she cried when she ate it.
I cried, like, for a long time. I cried for the fish it really hurts me to eat fish, she said.
While she considers herself a pescatarian now, she also said shes open to incorporating other food.

Isn’t this the little strumpet famous for ‘’twerking’’?
IIRC, it was the smell of grilled fish that got Benjamin Franklin to give up his vegetarianism.
She’s famous for being on some Disney show.
I cry every time I eat a steak unless there’s another one near
Three of my granddaughters had a year of being a vegetarian and then gave it up.
One and the same.
Oh, Hanna Montana? I hate that b!tch! She took millions of innocent children’s lives (One of my own)and displayed herself as a whore during half-time at the super bowl?
She gets what she deserves.
No kidding?
Tell us more.
Hey Miley, don’t feel so bad. Fish eat fish too. It’s the way of the world.
What about seals?
Still thriving here for 784 days eating only meat & drinking water!
Veganism = nutrient deficiency
Or bears?
OMG Miley now the planet will be destroyed and its all your fault. Now with every fish you eat just to feel good the planet is one step closer to demise. Shame on you.
I understand they’ve been known to defecate in densely wooded areas.
“If Good didn’t want us to eat animals, why did he make them out of meat?” — Homer Simpson
in general (note: in general), people eat too much meat and dairy, but that depends on individual to individual and varies by age and even activity.
“yes, the majority of what we eat should be vegetables, followed by cereals, fruits and a smaller amount of meat and dairy.”
Pure fallacy. Veg is not required for human health. Cereals convert to glucose when consumed, contributing directly to obesity, hypertension & a whole host of other issues related to gut damage.
Fruit = inflammatory fiber & sugar. Human beings cannot digest plant fiber. Dietary fiber inflames the human digestive tract, contributing directly to IBS, Constipation, diarrhea, Ulcerative colitis, hemorrhoids, Diverticulitis, IBD & more yuckiness.
Plants also contain natural toxins: oxalate, phytates & lectins. These toxins accumulate in the body & organs over time causing massive inflammation. Plant toxins also act as ant-nutrients to bind & prevent the absorption of critical nutrients like calcium.
I’ve been living 784 days now without plants, sugar & carbs. Not had so much as a headache since July 2018. EVERY aspect of my life has been immensely improved since I began living this way July 16, 2018.
I no longer participate in the disease management system & neither should YOU!
So sick of these lying DRAMA QUEENS, I cried when my mommy made me eat brussel sprouts.
I cried like, for a long time. I cried for the brussel sprout... it really hurts me to eat brussel sprouts, I said. Mom said shut up and eat and don't leave the table until you do.
