Today we placed sanctions on AIS, a Cuban military-controlled company that skims money from remittances sent to the Cuban people. AIS revenues fund the regime’s oppression and its interference in Venezuela. This action will reduce the regime's capacity to repress its own people.

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Donald Trump Jr., son of President Donald Trump and executive vice president of the Trump Organization, criticized The New York Times for its report that portrayed his father’s business dealings negatively.
The younger Trump explained how what is on tax returns does not necessarily reflect the health of a business or the amount of taxes paid by that business.
Listen, it’s ridiculous, my father’s paid tens of millions of taxes,” he said. “If he does things in certain years where you get depreciation, where you get the write-off, where you get historical tax credits like we did when we took on the risk of building the Old Post Office in D.C., it’s the perfect example. That was literally a government contract. We bid against every hotel company in the world, historical tax credits that you use to offset tax payments for taking the risk to build that. That was done under the Obama administration. It literally took an act of Congress to get it done. So with that comes historical tax credits. That’s the reality. People don’t understand what goes into a business.”

They know that they can leave out the millions in capital gains taxes, payroll taxes and other federal taxes — not to mention the billions *with a b* in deductible losses — because most people can't wrap their brains around that. 2/3
So all they have to hear is "Trump paid less in income taxes than you did" and they won't stop to consider the number of jobs he may have created, the local economies his businesses may have sustained, and the other taxes he paid. Job well done. 3/3
My sister gave her 12 year old Doggie Dog, an old beagle who was on his last leg, cut up pre-cooked Schwan’s mini sausage links, when he stopped eating. The vet was going to put him down last October. The meds fell in the sink, and she considered it sign she needed to ditch them. She eliminated the meds except for his water pill.
His coat got shiny, his bark came back, he’s running around, and he is climbing into her old Yukon. She also puts ASAP silver gel on the sausages. She added scrambled after he started eating again. Now he’s on dogfood and still gets his sausages and chicken nuggets cut up in his dogfood.
By the way, the sausages helped her “coat” too.
Is he gonna bring out the big guns and call Trump a dog faced pony soldier?
