Considering Democrat plan to contest election regardless of the result, and potential for the legal cases to go to SCOTUS, Trump has to nominate, and McConnell has to confirm, an RBG replacement BEFORE the election

I am in limbo work wise... waiting out the Creek Fire. Too much smoke ingested over the last 12 days, so the boss/owner sent everyone off the mountain. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I smelled my clothes laying on the floor after a shower, and worse- opening up my truck to retrieve items wherein the cab and contents reeked of smoke.
