I don't believe this, as it will be the Dims new rallying cry. Trump is POTUS until 1/20/21 at a minimum--he should nominate someone. We'll see Linda Graham's true colors now. Now we also know why Trump revised his list of Supreme Court nominees recently.

The media is going to lie more in the next 45 days than it has in the last 4 years.
President Donald Trump must nominate a new justice to the Supreme Court, and Mitch McConnell and the Senate must confirm that nominee this year. The McConnell rule does not preclude election year replacement when the Senate and White House are controlled by the same party.
Given what the Left did to Kavanaugh, things are about to get really really ugly. I wish we could go back to a time when people weren’t completely demonic about politics.

I disagreed with many of her decisions but they were all well reasoned and well argued.
She was a close friend of her ideological opposite, Justice Scalia.
They both loved opera, law and the U.S.A.
