Me being in Illinois, I know nothing about these 2.
I read both their questionnaires and still don’t get a feel.
both are in Illinois - both approved by Durbin & Duckworth.
Both with high approval votes.(which always troubles me).

It was, there were times when the flags were snapping like crazy. Good word to use. What struck me was no matter what the flags were doing Trump for standing there, unflappable. He didn’t wince, he didn’t turn away from the wind, he didn’t try to block his face, It was as if he didn’t even notice it. Steady as a rock.

Part of that is the position and type of cameras. The flags were much further behind the President than they appeared. So many times people appear to be directly behind him. In reality there is quite a distance between the President and the crowd. Cameras being everything up close.
This morning he has moved the patio umbrella to shade part of porch so we don’t get too much sun. Am waiting for the bathtub so we can catch up with Pax

Got up late this morning, because I went to bed late.
For some reason, I was keyed up after the “protest” last night.
I marvel at the energy of our POTUS, and what he has faced, and faces on a daily basis on our behalf.
Each day, I have more confidence that what is planned by the other side is known to Trump and will not be a surprise.
At this point, all I want, while I am chowing down on your great breakfast, is to see arrests happen.
The time to hit is now, before the election.

I read other threads from time to time, but it generally devolves into snarkiness, as Freepers are wont to do.
I feel like we are the documenters of the Trump Presidency, and we are frequently ahead of the curve.
