Thank you. It took 4 months in a hospital and 3 years of a shrink but I can now handle most situations if I stay calm and out think them. As the voice of my former Doc speaks to me. "Always remember you are much smarter than they and certainly sane whereas they aren't. Sane will always give you the edge and learn how to use it to your benefit.
