Stickman IV wrote in his 66-page opinion that even though the actions taken in the spring by Wolf and Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine were laudable, they violated the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly, and the Due Process and Equal Protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.
“It’s a complete and total victory for the counties, the businesses and the representatives,” said attorney Thomas W. King III, who represented the plaintiffs in the case. “You can’t order the entire population of Pennsylvania to stay at home.”
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office, which represented the defendants in the case, did not immediately return a request for comment. Wolf has a right to appeal the ruling. The state Health Department has a press conference scheduled for 3:30 p.m. today.

He outsmarted them again!
Half the time they complain Trump is a dictator, and the other half of the time they complain that he isn’t a dictator.
Which just proves that no matter what Trump does according to the dims/LSM he is wrong.

Subject: Travel pool no. 1 — Leaving Vegas
Good morning from Las Vegas.
Pool was administered Covid tests at 7am and loaded into the press vans shortly thereafter. At 8 a.m. local, we arrived at Trump International where POTUS is staying.
We are rolling to the airport at 9:21 a.m. for a quick trip to Sacramento. Once there, POTUS will receive a briefing from local and federal leaders at McClellan Park, a former Air Force Base that’s now home to the state’s Office of Emergency Services. He will also participate in a ceremony recognizing the California National Guard.
