THE second victim in Kyle Rittenhouse's alleged shooting spree during a Kenosha protest has been identified.
Family and friends said Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, passed away from his injuries on Tuesday night after he was gunned down protesting the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
Rosenbaum is from Texas and moved to Kenosha within the last year, according to reports on social media.
A friend said he was shot in the head, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
He is survived by his fiancée and a young daughter, the newspaper stated.
"May you forever be with the angels and rest easy bro. I love you!" his sister wrote on Facebook.
A GoFundMe page was set up by his friend Adriana Garcia to help his fiancée with his funeral and burial costs.

There is some speculation about the head wound. It was not a large hole nor was it a thru-and-thru. The speculation is that Kyle did not shoot this guy, someone else with a smaller caliber weapon did. It may have been a stray bullet.
One would think that a 5.56 would make a big hole and probably carry thru and exit the skull.

Family and friends said Joseph Rosenbaum, who had no criminal record whatsoever, and was simply looking at flowers and petting the squirrels, passed away from his heinous injuries on Tuesday night after he was gunned down in cold blood, having simply been at the wrong place at the wrong time.
A friend said he was shot in the head, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Many people want the mad gunman to be executed by electrocution in the face.
He is survived by his beloved, crying fiancée and a devastated young daughter, the newspaper stated.
