Yes, true. What he is saying that his former employee that is one of the 100 insurers of the dam did an inspection. He said that the water was over the max allowable height, 175 meters. The wind was blowing hard and he had a few inches of water he was walking thru at the to p of the dam. So limited visibilty. There are 6 check points before reaching that spot. None of them allow a camera.

re: the tee shirt - it was originally designed for Bags, but then I collected the shirt and the mug for myself.. the mug comes in handy in FRjail..
I don’t see them as the vertical supports are different then any of those in the other pic.
