Based on the current position of the sun at the point where it rises and sets behind the horizon, the current angle indicates the original 23.5 degree axis tilt has shifted the sun 1200 miles farther north (aprox). This means we are 1200 miles further south in the summer and 1200 miles further north in the winter. This is why we are experiencing hotter summers and colder winters.
This change in tilt has resulted in moving the Tropic of Cancer from central Mexico to about the border between California and Oregon and across the Dakotas (aprox). It has begun to wreak havoc upon the global weather patterns.
This is complete nonsense .the Earth’s angle to the plane of its rotation is not going to change that much in such a short period of time.
I have been sitting on the same porch for 30 years and I noticed a change about 5 years ago. The sun seems to have moved north. I investigated, but they said that explosions deep in the earth had knocked it degrees off it’s normal axis. The explanation was that some asteroid hitting in the ocean had knocked it off. It was a few years back when a chunk of some asteroid had smashed into northern Russia and the Russians thought they had been attacked. There were videos on the internet showing it.

I had a theory years ago that the whole ‘global warming’ thing was just a cover up for a shift in the Earth’s Axis.

There has been no rapid shift in the axial tilt. Currently it is not much different than the 23d 26’ 22” (23.4394 degrees) north of the Equator posted on February 27, 2019.

If I’m north of the Arctic circle the sun never sets in late Spring and early Summer. On the first day it dips briefly below the horizon, it is being blocked from view by the North Pole, which is BY DEFINITION North of the observer.
In other words, the Sun sets there in the North in early Summer. Shift a few miles South, and the Sun sets North by Northwest. Further South, it sets Northwest. Still further South it sets more towards the West, until I reach the Equator, where the sun ALWAYS sets due West.
