What's up with Topeka, Kansas? First we have our local Goodyear plant making national news with their "diversity training" program. By now you've all seen the slide saying black lives matter good, all lives matter bad. Well, tonight the local University is holding a BLM rally to be streamed on youtube. I wonder what kind of insanity will be spewed from the speakers at this event?
There is no place on this continent where one can escape Leftist lunacy. The universities have been churning them out for 3 or 4 decades.
The 5 year trajectory of Goodyear stock tells you all you need to know about the senior management there.
Shareholders should DEMAND changes.

The University of Virginia, founded by Thomas Jefferson, now has a professor of “hip hop”.

I drove through the rolling hills outside of Topeka KS one morning at dawn.
It was an almost spiritual experience.
I hope the craziness doesn’t spoil the area’s beauty.
Just read an article about Chernobyl.
The animals there are faring better than the people did, so there’s that.
You would have also driven by the Goodyear plant. I doubt that you had a spirtual experience when you saw the stacks of earth mover tires outside the plant.
Just write them a check and then sit down and be quiet. That’s what they claim they want. Then they come back for more because giving them everything is never enough. Notice how many ungrateful little snotty white kids participate.
Washburn was run by radical leftists during the ‘80s and probably long before.
Topeka mayor makes run for 2nd Congressional District seat official
Topeka Mayor Michelle De La Isla filled out the obligatory paperwork Wednesday to formally launch a campaign for the Democratic Partys nomination for the 2nd Congressional District seat held by Republicans for more than a decade.
De La Isla, who doesnt have a rival in the Democratic primary, was the first Latina to be elected mayor in Topeka in 2017. She was elected to the Topeka City Council in 2013.
Her personal narrative includes moving from New York City to Puerto Rico and to Kansas. She understands challenges faced by single parents. She graduated 20 years ago from Wichita State University.
In 2005, De La Isla moved to Topeka and became chief financial officer of Housing and Credit Counseling Inc. She worked as executive director at Topeka Habitat for Humanity and was subsequently employed at the utility company Evergy.
Wiki:
As mayor, De La Isla serves on the Board of Regents for Washburn University, the Board of the Joint Economic Development Organization, and as Tri-Chair of GO Topekas Momentum 2022 collective action plan for Topeka and Shawnee County.
Mayor De La Isla to speak at Washburn Black Lives Matter rally Friday
I guess I was on the other side of town. :-)
This is how the Democrats are going to bring us all together.
The prairie is indeed beautiful.
Good men are doing nothing?
The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
Not sure who said that.
When I despair over the evil I see I think well, what am I doing to stop it? If enough Kansans decided to stop this theyd stop it.
There is a Back the Blue Rally scheduled for 8/25 that is a counter protest to the BLM meeting the same day at the City Hall.
BLM City Hall meeting begins at 5:00pm in the council chambers. The Back the Blue Rally is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. at TPAC across the parking lot from City Hall.
Here are the relevant links for those who wish to be there in opposition to BLM.
Excellent! There is life. Hope it goes well.
Never be surprised that the world is evil. As we approach the last days, lies will overrun the world. It is Satan’s original weapon.
