(it was just announced our upcoming State Fair is going to be closed to the public. If African Americans (or do they want to be called Black again now?) are at the bottom of American society in 2020, then it’s time they look in the mirror and figure out why.
America has bent over backward to help them. Many times a black person displaces a white, Asian, Hispanic, Indian or other non-black person through Affirmative Action or quotas.
There is no public facility they cannot enjoy, no business whose services they can be refused, no institution of learning which will turn them away, no job for which they can be denied due to skin color.
Why then are so many of them living in poverty?
Black culture that vilifies education as “acting white”. Black culture that teaches them from birth that white people are evil and the root of all they problems. Black culture that celebrates rap artists and millionaire athletes as the only ticket out of poverty. Gangs that fill the void in fatherless homes. Women who choose single motherhood as a career choice.
It’s not White Privilege. It’s Black Culture. And only the black community can address that.
