I used to go annually when I was growing up in the NYC metro area. Took the family one year. My favorite part was the living Nativity scene.

Well, we see people planning big events expect the virus restrictions to be with us for some time to come. Here we are in early August and a Chrismastime event is canceled. A few weeks ago, the Rose Parade on New Years Day was canceled.

Will we ever get back to “normal”? You have to wonder.

I’ve never seen it live, but have watched their CDs. Those gals are amazing!

The Living Nativity is really something and I like ‘The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers’ when they all fall into one another at the end.

I got to see this show a few years ago. It had been on my bucket list since I was a kid. In 2016 when we were visiting family near NYC at Christmas, my husband surprised me with tickets. The show was amazing!

Since then, I have been wanting to take my two sisters to see the show. I have been working on convincing them that we could do this together. Those dreams are shattered now. I don’t think NYC or Broadway shows or any live shows will make a comeback for the next few years.

This doesn’t bode well for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
That will be a tragedy.

They brought it on the road to Pittsburgh once. Outstanding show! The Living Nativity was awesome. The energy those ladies had was amazing.

Whew! I won’t have to sit with grams anymore watching that - plus the DWTS new fiasco.

Yeah just tear down everything, destroy the whole economy, just because you don’t like Trump...there’s a plan.

Maybe the Rockettes can challenge the Antifa Pukes to a Dance Off on 42nd Street? People would pay big money to see THAT! ;)

Why didn’t they cancel it for the darned FLU that has more cases every year than COVID and more deaths?

Safely and quietly evacuate any remaining republicans then cancel New York...good and hard.

Seen the Rockettes performance at Radio City Music Hall in NYC a couple of times when we lived in CT. Later saw their touring group perform in Cincinnati. Attended a wedding in St. Louis back around 2003 and met an elderly lady whose claim to fame was she was one of the early Rockettes who went to NYC when the troupe moved there from STL in 1932.
