I am so incredibly happy for this young man BUT I think he deserves the medal of freedom from the POTUS this young man has worked incredibly hard in the worst areas of this country!!!

A federal appeals court rejected a bid by former national security advisor Michael Flynn to force the dismissal of the criminal case in which he had been convicted of lying to FBI agents.
The 8-2 decision sends the case back for consideration by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington.
Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general who was President Donald Trump’s first national security advisor, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his talks with a Russian diplomat before Trump’s inaguration.
