A federal appeals court rejected a bid by former national security advisor Michael Flynn to force the dismissal of the criminal case in which he had been convicted of lying to FBI agents.
The 8-2 decision sends the case back for consideration by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington.
Flynn, a retired Army lieutenant general who was President Donald Trumps first national security advisor, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his talks with a Russian diplomat before Trumps inaguration.
I just saw this on Parler this decision is OUTRAGEOUS even if Trump wins 4 more years Obama has weaponized our ENTIRE system I dont know if we ever undo the utter damage Obama has done to this country!! Trump NEEDS to transfer whole departments of government OUT OF DC!! I agree with Grenell on this divide and conquer if these bastards dont want to transfer GOOD shrink the government!!
this is persecution.
So wrong.
In the end Trump will pardon him but he shouldn’t have to.
