Since my father died in 2000 I’ve thought a dozen times, I was kind of glad he wasn’t alive to see this...9/11, the O presidency...now the travesties come like machine gun fire.
Of course "spinning" has been their natural state since the TR presidency... All that has changed in the intervening years is their rotational velocity...
By the time a foreign-born communist became president, new forms of science and mathematics had to be established when their rotational velocity could only be described as (infinity)5...
I’ve thought the same thing about my Dad (2012), but much more so about my grandfather (1977) who escaped from a Russia racked by Leftist revolution. He never saw his parents again, nor several of his brothers. When he went back in 1969, he found out that the NKVD had murdered his father in 1937 (he knew when he died, but had been told that it was because he had cancer - which he did - but he was beaten to death for “crimes against the state”). He apparently went to a speech by Alexander Kerensky in the 1950s and loudly accosted him for being weak and allowing the Bolsheviks to take over. I simply cannot imagine what he would think of events in this country right now, other than that he was in a time warp and re-living his earlier life.
We are really going to be screwed if Trump doesn’t win in November. I believe that he will, and by a larger margin than in 2016, but “it ain’t over til it’s over.” I truly believe that a Dem win will cause a civil war before long, as they destroy the America that we once knew and some event (perhaps a gun confiscation order) brings us over that line. I fear that I am, in some ways, reliving the life of my great grandfather. He was born 98 years before me, so if the Dems gain power next year there could be property seizures before too many years go by, and I could wind up as he did - but this time it won’t be for free.
They would all be in shock what the Democrats and the RINO’s have done to this nation.
