Maybe to many cut-outs between the source and the front-line goons.

Can you get a conviction with an Oregon jury? Serious question.

Typically, jurors in United States District Court are summoned from either the entire district, if its geographic footprint is small, or from a fixed subdivision of the district. State charges arising from a felony offense alleged to have been committed in downtown Portland would be tried in Portland, with 12 jurors drawn from Multnomah County.

Federal charges arising from a felony offense alleged to have been committed in Portland would be tried in Portland, with six jurors drawn from Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Jefferson, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Wasco, Washington, and Yamhill counties.

The calculation about whether jury nullification will allow a defendant to walk is completely different when you have a smaller jury drawn from a much more diverse area.

“Intelligence” doesn’t always help as a 32 year old senior engineer for Google is also facing serious charges.

And those two New York attorneys that threw Molotovs into a police car.

Now *THAT* is a detailed answer. Thanks.

I have an uncle in the Eugene division. None of these AntiFa vandals involved in any of this wants him on their jury! Would probably never happen, but I can always wish!

MJ is legal now.
And of course geniuses are not the ones who generally end up in prison.

Note to self: Before embarking on a life of crime: Tattoo my last name on my back. Throw out my shirts. Remember to smile for the cameras.

Thank you. I just used that as the preface to my facebook post.

Maybe too many cut-outs between the source and the front-line goons.

Yes. I doubt that Soros pays using signed personal checks.

Another one of those "White women" that are the reason for all of this I presume.

Because we all know that no male would be involved in such.
