FROSTPROOF, Fla. - A 26-year-old man with 230 felony charges to his name is behind bars and accused of brutally murdering three fishing friends in Frostproof, the sheriff announced Wednesday. Two other suspects were arrested, and officials said it all stemmed from an argument over a truck.
On Wednesday morning, Sheriff Grady Judd announced three people had been arrested in the Friday night murders of 23-year-old Damion Tillman, 30-year-old Keven Springfield, and 27-year-old Brandon Rollins.
The suspects were identified as 26-year-old Tony “TJ” Wiggins, his girlfriend, 27-year-old Mary Whittemore, and his brother, 21-year-old Robert Wiggins.
Judd said TJ alone has a criminal history of 230 felony charges, and has regularly been arrested from the time he was 12 years old.
"I didn't stutter. He has 230 charges in his arrest history. Fifteen convictions and two times to state prison at only 26," Judd said. "He's a thug, he's a criminal. He's pure evil in the flesh. He's wild and he's out of control."
Before the triple murder, Robert had one misdemeanor arrest and Mary had no prior criminal arrests.

Terrible! My wife and I lived in house on Crooked Lake not far from Frostproof. Beautiful area with a lot of lakes. Crime then was no problem.
It was a personal vendetta...........The killer knew the victims............
This strikes me as an incredible press conference. He pulls no punches at all, does not veil anything, does not hide behind the “ongoing investigation” screen, does not seem at all concerned about queering the trial. He has to have had advice from counsel before this press conference and he is not a dumb man.
What gives?

True, but he’s got the next 20-30 (at least) to try and fix it due to our injust ‘justice system’.
How about some investigative reporter digging up their names and publishing them? These people live in the shadows and are never held accountable for their errors. There seems to be a tacit agreement in that they are never outed.

Well it has deteriorated over the years and there are also many rejects continuing to stream into Florida from other states.
Florida’s Raiford Prison was notoriously known for its electric chair, however that was considered to be cruel and inhuman so the chair was replaced by administering a lethal injection. But according to Wiki Wiggins will have his choice. It really doesn’t matter which he chooses, he will still end up in the same place!
“Lethal injection became the standard method of execution in 2000. The electric chair can still be used by request of the inmate.”
