As a part of President Trump’s executive order allowing federal officers to patrol cities in the wake of protesting, Portland has been consumed with unrest and violent government overreach. Protesters have been tear-gassed, assaulted, shot, and most recently it was reported that they were being removed from the streets in unmarked vehicles. It seems area moms have had enough and decided to step in to help protect the protesters.
The protests began in the city in the days following the murder of George Floyd and, though growing smaller, have not stopped in the past 50 days. And though these demonstrations would be described as peaceful protests - and not “riots” as the president likes to label them as - clashes between law enforcement officers and protesters, however, have become more violent. Coverage of the city’s unrest found its way to the Trump administration and the president vowed to “dominate” the city. Showing up in force last night, area moms have had enough.
In Portland, the federal courthouse is surrounded by a fence to keep protestors out. Preschool teacher Lindsey Smith shared a series of videos from the site yesterday and tweeted that protestors risk violence if they go anywhere near the fence. “Touching fences has resulted in tear gas, shooting, arrests, and more from police, both federal and local, over the past month and a half,” Smith tweeted. She then shared another video showing a line of moms arm-in-arm around the protestors, writing in part, “The moms are chanting, ‘Feds stay clear! Moms are here!’ at the federal courthouse. All three fences are still up.”

Isn’t that the truth? What a load of garbage. Downtown Portland is destroyed. It was once a beautiful city with a great civic life. It’s all gone. And these “moms” are defending the destruction of their city.
I suspect there is a lot more to this story than propagandist Julie Scagell is telling us. These “moms” are no different than the communists, marxists, and rioters they are protecting. Who are these “moms”?
Jeez, even when it comes to rioting, the snowflakes’ helicopter parents are right there.
They are helping the terrorists carry out their work and should be treated as accomplices.

They are moms who are sick in the head. I could not classify any of these woman in my league of motherhood. I refuse to live in the rules anarchists lay out for me.
Call me crazy, even wrong, or crazy and wrong, but I think that the kind of women who would engage in this are such a scant minority, they amount to a rounding error. This is no groundswell, this is no representation of any sort of average American Woman. When the average American Woman sees her Suburban home going up in flames as a result of the activities of these folks and neighborhood kids being killed as a by-product of these so-called protests, she will take an entirely different View. What would change my take on the situation is if Trump sent in the military and they machine gunned 35 protesters, which is what I might like to see happen. But I am not in charge, perhaps for that very reason.

My first thought was the moms were protecting the courthouse not the protesters.
There is a lot more coming out the past week about the organizations behind all of these insurrectionists and how they are financed. This article by Andrew McCarthy yesterday (July 18, 2020) is especially troublesome: "The Revolution Is Winning."
Very little (actually, almost nothing) is being written on how to defeat the marxist / communist take-over of the USA.
