Herd immunity, or close to it, has almost gone throughout the USA. In fact it has been in NY and the Northeast for a while now. We just have maybe a month of elevated cases in Texas before it has to go down, just as it has gone down everywhere else. Seems like immunity comes in so many forms - antibodies, T cells, just being healthy, type O blood, previous colds caused by a different CV. So I no longer think that herd immunity formula indicating about 50% of the population needs to catch this. It is probably closer to 10% and then it fizzles out. Unfortunately that will not be enough to reduce the media panic.
And that is the scary thing. The death rate is dropping. The election is less than four months away and it’ll be hard for the RATs to run out the clock on this scamdemic for that long. What is the next trick up their sleeve?

A couple years ago my cousin had a brain tumor (benign) removed. The incision was all the way from her forehead to the back of her neck. She’s physically fine, but has issues with focus, memory, verbalizing, etc. Slowly getting better, but it wasn’t/isn’t a quick “bounce back”.
He finally has the guts to respond and all he does is drop a turd in the punch bowl. I wonder if his former patients cared for his bedside manner.

One of the things never discussed about Sweden is that they practice euthanasia or, in the case of older or terminally ill people, passive euthanasia. So older people with under a one-year life expectancy who were suffering from the virus were treated to a certain level and then given palliative care, but no aggressive treatment was done. This meant that the person died and became a statistic, then rather than surviving a few months only to die later of the original problems or a stress related problem brought on by aggressive treatment.
I’m not in favor of euthanasia, btw, but on the other hand I’ve never been in favor of aggressive treatment (intubation and ventilators, which because of the pain and terror can be fatal) on an elderly person who would really rather have died peacefully of pneumonia in her bed with loved ones present even if she would have gotten a couple of lonely, painful months more with aggressive treatment.
