Why does a different list of FR current articles come up Brave vs Google Chrome?
Newt article, then Grenell, then (on Brave) Michael Jackson, Covid party, then fact checking whitehouse.
On Chrome, the Jackson story and Covid party story NOT THERE!
WHY?
You probably have different settings on them.
Try ctrl-f5 in both browsers.
AHH! You probably are correct!
And I was thinking it was a CONSPIRACY!
One thing I noticed with Brave is I can’t stream infowars. Maybe I need a plug in? Use Brave mostly for You Tube streaming.
:)
When you open up the Brave browser it takes you to where you last were when you closed the Brave browser. That’s why. 8>)
Not weird at all. You just have a different preference selection on the two different browsers. Make sure the forum preferences are set the same and they will show the same set of threads on both front pages.
Could be cached previous pages coming up.
Whats Brave?
One is controlled by China, the other by George Soros.
It’s probably just the ‘settings at the top of every FR page...
Settings· Breaking · FrontPage · Extended · Editorial · Activism · News
Both browsers are not set to the same selection there. That’ll do it every time.
These days, a racist name...
I've used it successfully for 1 1/2 years.
Brave is a web browser built on the open source chromium base. It is designed for privacy and security. Unlike firefox, they do not pester you to create an account and log in. They do not even have such a thing. The head of Brave Software is Brendan Eich. He was a big shot at Mozilla until they discovered that he donated money to the successful CA anti gay marriage referendum in 2008. He got pushed out and when on to start Brave. It is worth supporting.
try this.
After having repeated issues with browsers, I tried Brave and found it to be the most stable browser ever. FR works perfectly, even Infowars. The only ‘problems’ are the annoying messages from websites about Brave’s adblocker and the DuckDuckGo search engine with shortcomings (I frequently open a single Chrome window for comparative searches when I’m having difficulty).
No idea why you’d have a problem with Infowars unless you’re missing a plug-in or some antivirus program is blocking it.
I’ve no idea either. It’s a great browser and loads infowars but there’s no way to play. Probably a plug in. I’ve accepted the cookies and can listen to audio, just not th visual. No streaming button. I’m not very computer literate so I just use firefox for the infowars and yes the adblocker stuff is goofy but not that much a nuisance.
