I find that typical of practically all DemocRats in general. They claim to want to help the poor, but their primary means of “helping the poor” is to advocate the theft of property of “the rich” (they never see themselves as rich, no matter what their income) and having the government distribute it (after taking a large cut for “administration”).

whatever that “study” cost, i’d have done it for half the cost and reached the same conclusion ...
I knew this over 45 years ago. Found it was easier to QUIT & find another job than to deal with the dead weight.
Finally became self employed around 1980. Never looked back.
