A study conducted by a Professor at San Diego State University has discovered that people who are easily offended make terrible employees because they never get anything done.
The study, conducted by Dr. Jeremy Berneth, involved asking almost 400 employees, aged 25.9 on average, across seven US colleges about different events that have recently gotten substantial media attention.
The study notes that the events consisted of 17 items developed to assess the proclivity to be offended, eight moral outrage items, 11 microagression items and nine political correctness items.
It noted that some people have a high proclivity to be offended (PTBO), which the study describes as a state-like tendency to be sensitive to customarily innocuous societal events and traditions, for example playing of the United States National Anthem.
Those with a high PTBO have a tendency to view an array of events and/or traditions as offensive.
They also are likely to feel that social events or traditions to which they take offense also violate moral or equitable standards, the study notes.
Basically, theyre easily triggered by anything.

I wouldn’t hire a snowflake for anything. I spend my energies looking at small Christian schools, plenty of talent there.
The jaw-dropper is that they needed a study.
That’s probably because they are the ones worrying all the time about what other people are saying and doing.

Of course those of us that have gone Galt are even less productive.
This is why CONSERVATIVES are perfect job candidates, no matter what job field. We are thick skinned people. Thickened after years of liberal mocking, taunting, lying, lecturing and threats. We’re good to go!

I had a friend who was constantly complaining to the boss about how this employee or that employee was doing something behind her back and how so and so hated the other and on and on..
I finally told her she better knock it off- they want to get WORK done, not listen to petty drama every day.
They fired her eventually
The damage goes far beyond their own productivity. They damage the entire organization. Reduced teamwork, lower morale, extensive wastes of time in sensitivity training, added responsibilities, increased turnover, intrusive monitoring, personnel and other resources dedicated to tasks that do not support productivity. They are destroying once effective teams and organizations.
What a surprise.
