Joe Biden gave a rare public speech in his home state of Delaware today and afterwards took questions from reporters in what ended up proving to be a disastrous press conference.
Various video clips from the presser showed Biden, the presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, at times appearing out of sorts and unsure of himself. In one clip, Biden awkwardly admits he was given a list of reporters to call on by his campaign staffers:

Biden claimed it was due to “doctor’s orders” and to keep supporters safe during the pandemic, but I think the more obvious reason is the elephant in the room: The more he appears in public, the worse his campaign looks.

You hit it exactly. The one most important note about your post is aggressiveness. This is a function of a confused patient. They go back to their basic personality though confused. If they were a benign personality it will be exhibited as such. If they were an aggressive bully it will be exhibited as such as in Joe Biden today.
As a medical professional I am most confident to say Joe has serious cognitive declines in mental acuity.
However due to 17 years in the oilfield prior to school in geology, and chemistry and pharmacy I would like to opine my pre educational opinions about Joe. In the words of the Oil Field, “He has Sh-t for Brains and is a liar.”

Looks like 'reporters' gave up their questions to Biden's thugs in advance - staffers who put the correct answers on the TelePrompTer in the 'right order'.
That's awful - a new low. Shame on them.
Each of these 'reporters' would be fired from a reputable news source in the past. How disgusting they are... Anyone know what 'news' organizations they were with? Can Tucker out them? Will the Poynter Institute Object?
