Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

According to really old laws/concepts, posse duty is like jury duty-required when called upon. However, in practice, some sheriffs have asked for volunteers and have ongoing training to assist the sheriff should they be needed. We actually have citizen volunteers here who have assisted after tornadoes and emergencies.
I could find nothing that limits who can be deputized to be in the posse. From a practical stand point, active duty, and probably NG would be excluded, but Veterans could be part of such a group.
I also ran across an army group CBRNE CCMAF authorized in NDAA in 2007 and deployed in 2008 for duty on the homeland-including civil unrest. Congress supposedly reversed this in 2008, but Bush said it wasn't appropriate or something and did it anyway. I found no further data on this group after 2008.
Not sure about NG, but there could be a conflict if Gov and Sheriff were not on the same page so maybe there's something in the military regs that would prevent it-still researching.
These riots to me are a double edged sword. I understand that POTUS is respecting state's rights, showcasing weak response from DemocRAT run areas, and avoiding the trap of creating an opportunity for another “kent state” propaganda lollapoloosa.
However, the optics of tweeting vs action is unsettling-appears to be weak. Being a Law and Order candidate is great if you are running against an incumbent.
Being the incumbent and complaining about riots, when you have the power to do something creates a certain amount of Cognitive dissonance.
I hope people who voted for POTUS are not going to be disappointed and just stay home —he has delivered so much. I am sure that special Federal Teams are actually active-and hope POTUS gets to announce outstanding results sooner rather than later.
I forgot about the Dick Act. I should be able to deduct the cost of a suitable rifle and sidearm, plus annual practice ammo from my taxes. Along with other needful gear.
