Adam Schiff and his fellow traitors are getting worried. They are making a move to amend H.R.7297 to better suit their ability to steal 2020 election(s) without interference from the military.
A little history:
One of the original intentions of the Posse Comitatus Act, 18 U.S. Code, Section 1385 was to end the use of federal troops to police state elections in former Confederate states by proscribing the role of the Army and Air Force in executing civil laws and states.
KEY EXCEPTIONS TO THE POSSE COMITATUS ACT
"Pursuant to the presidential power to quell domestic violence, federal troops are expressly exempt from the prohibitions of Posse Comitatus Act, and this exemption applies equally to active-duty military and federalized National Guard troops."
Can’t use the Army or Air Force?

No, this is not a “hail mary”. A “hail mary” is something that, thought it has a very low chance, might still succeed and win you the game. This has zero chance of succeeding, and Schiff knows that as well as you or I.

Well said and I think you are spot on. They jumped the gun by flipping out about the St. John’s Church visit and he wised up to their bad intentions at that moment.

When Trump vetoes it they will say “Aha! Here’s the proof that Trump wants to use the military to remain in office.”
Except the senate will never pass it.
They can’t pass it period. There is a Senate that it would have to go through.
No need to wait for the summary. If it’s got Adam Schiff’s name on it, in the words of Groucho Marx, “whatever it is, I’m against it.”
If POTUS Trump loses Reelection America is done, period.

Mr. Schiff knows that a bill has to be agreed upon by both houses and then signed or ignored by the president IOT become a law, right? Even if the senate rode along, the POTUS surely would veto. probably on unconstitutional grounds ( he IS the CinC after all, and laws already authorize him to act w/o further legislation from the congress), he knows all this right???
“and for other purposes” falls into the same category as “other tasks as assigned” crap at the end of Job descriptions.
