I still have a huge problem with this. Someone DELIBERATELY told others there was a “lynching noose” symbol there. Everyone who is on a team or in the track employ should KNOW these are ALWAYS there and their purpose. No way someone was too ignorant to understand what it was.

I call BS. This was deliberate misinformation and as such, IS a HOAX.
