The FBI has determined that NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace was not the victim of a hate crime and that a pull rope fashioned like a noose had been on a garage door at Talladega Superspeedway since as early as last fall, NASCAR said Tuesday.

And yet, last night, a search on “bubba wallace noose hoax” turned up site after site excoriating “far right-wing conspiracy theorists” for doubting this. Apologies in 3, 2, never.
This is hilariously sad.
This hoax was front page news for two days. I wonder if anyone will apologize.

Given he died of essentially a drug overdose and the knee had no causative effect on his death, I’d say most people are uninformed because those who know are afraid of the Wokestopo that will come after them for telling the truth.

At least Bubba gave multitudes of people an opportunity, once again, for the thousandth time, to rise up in anger and loudly condemn racism, thereby proclaiming what great people they really are.
I wonder if Sean Hannity had a ten minute monologue on it, telling how deeply wounded he was over the matter.
NASCAR said they were going to “ban for life” whoever placed the “noose.” Well, I DEMAND they ban for life whoever reported and promoted this hoax. I don’t care if it’s Bubba Wallace. I don’t care at this point if it’s Richard Petty crossed with the ghost of the Sainted Dale Earnhardt his-damn-self. Someone has to PAY for this. If nothing else, because if they can’t tell a garage door pull-down handle from a noose, they’re too dang stupid to be around 200-mph race cars.
