Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

I think that is a great question. Not a law fag, but I’m thinking “sometimes” - I’m guessing it has to do with the circumstances and jurisdictions. Was there a previous deposition or official kind of documentation? I’m guessing that in any event the judge would have to rule on that, and it might depend on the rules and laws of the jurisdiction.

I'm only going by what was inferred in the Q tonight. But it got me thinking, I recall way back in the dark ages in school learning that murder is a state crime, not a federal crime, unless crossing state lines in involved. So, in light of this, if it is still true, I would love to hear our legal minds chime in.
I'm asking because there is activism that could be done. I'd love to know either Federal or state laws within each of these states with governors ordering chicom virus into nursing homes. Phone calls, emails, and various ways of raising a public outcry would be a good use of my time. All of us know this is evil and immoral, but having the legalese numbers would be much more effective in getting response.
Maybe if I shut up and keep paying attention Q will answer tonight as I think the info for Pennsylvania was in that drop.
