NO. Had 2 dr appointments in past 10 days, they wanted to take temp as I got into bldg, ok with that, not ok with giving phone number to strangers, gave them the TIME/WEATHER number.
This is app is designed to track who is in the same vicinity as each other over time. It will be used to prevent large gatherings and track down dissenters to the deep state.
Covid 19 is the excuse.
My thought is they just have all the data. If they want though they just ask for a "Joe Blow" file and they'll have your emails, social media posts, phone conversations, credit/debit card purchases, travel records, etc., etc. in FIVE minutes.
I'm not worried though because I've never done anything illegal. /s
