Two things:
1. The victim was admitted to the hospital for serious injuries and then later release. Later released?! Huh? He was shot in the head with an arrow from a crossbow and it’s ok to release him later? Huh?
2. What state did this happen in? Why don’t these articles ever say?

Guy may have been a Richard aka “Iceman” Kuklinski wannabe. Kuklinshi said he wanted to know what a crossbow could do so, he pulled up beside some stranger, shot and killed him with a crossbow.
