Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Use of epinephrine/adrenalin related eye drops has decreased so the condition is not as common now.
Epi-pen shortages since Trump took office have sometimes been attributed to their use by those dependent on Adrenochrome and suffering withdrawals (recall Hillary's massive physician following her around with an Epi pen).
In 2018 shortages of these pens drove humanitarian Hillary Clinton to shriek demands that adequate supply be made available to the public immediately.
The epinephrin in Epipens oxidizes to form adrenochrome at which point the solution turns pink; legitimate users are admonished to throw them out if the liquid turns pink.
The black adrenochrome deposits can be periodically removed surgically from the interior eyelids and "black eye" bruising is common immediately following treatment.
There are legitimate medical reasons for many people to have these deposits - I suspect the Satanists have supplemented their number following Trump's election to office.

To be honest I know nothing about the history of Hawaii. I know this guy’s name, and I know that there’s a Princess Leilani in there somewhere.
I know that the Hawaiian Islands were discovered by Captain Cook in the 18th century, that he was murdered by the natives there, and that Hawaii became a state in 1959.
The above is all I know of Hawaiian history.
Only reason I knew for sure that that is Kamehameha’s statue is that I looked it up. I thought that’s who it was before I looked it up, so I must gave seen it somewhere before....
