Well, milk is designed to turn an 80 pound calf into a 400 pound cow in about a year. So I think Id skip the milk. Sorry but a 400 pound cow is a really skinny cow, about to fall over dead in fact.
And calves only nurse for the first six months and they start eating hay around their second month because the milk is not enough to keep them fed. Following your logic you had better avoid all vegetables and grains as well.

What I want to know is whether pasteurization kills coronavirus. Pasteurization kills everything.
So, chug-a-lug, chug-a-lug.

Almond trees are also non-native.

I love half & half, wish it didn’t cost $4.00 per half gallon.

Why mess up a good cup of Joe with cream and sugar? For most of my life, I have drunk strong black coffee. I liked it to be almost espresso intensity. However, a couple of years ago, I had a couple of attacks of nausea which caused me to throw up. Before the first attack, I had drunk a strong cup of coffee that morning. I now seem to associate the bitter acidic taste of coffee with nausea. I stopped drinking it for awhile and gradually re-introduced it with cream to cut the bitter acidity.
I still make it strong in order to taste the coffee with the cream, and I never use sugar. I use only real heavy whipping cream and none of those flavored fake creamers.

Try skim. Its a light and lovely version. Wont put an ounce on you.
...........................................
Historically, skimmed milk was used for fattening pigs, and was recommended as “not only the very best supplement for growing pigs, but is of almost equal value for fattening purposes”

Not arguing with you friend, I’m conservative and firmly believe that folks should do whatever suits them (within the law). I’d drink half & half all the time if it didn’t cost $4.00 per half gallon.
Personally, I find skim milk to be udderly tasteless.

Not exactly half and half but I have found whole milk which has been micro filtered to be a reasonable facsimile to light cream at least. Cheaper for sure.
