Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

That’s the user that posted the tweet that POTUS re-tweeted “STRENGTH” and “Q” then posted #4367 too with the portion of the Trump movie. Twitter then yanked the tweet and shut down the guy’s account.
Heard Brett Baier explaining that when the Military are brought in, under some acronym I can’t recall, the forces are directly under an Admiral who “takes the place of the governor” concerning this kind of assault ON a city.
I believe he was said to be an ARMY Admiral, of which I never heard of, and the Admiral coordinates with mayor and police force, but he alone is the man of the hour.
Hope to God he is not like one more Obama fairy-wing prince with rainbow stripes, like General West.

If I am not mistaken, The House of Representatives are the ultimate responsibility for the oversight of Washington DC. This means the HOR could have overridden the Mayor and taken charge of the protection of our capital city. POTUS has responsibility for the White House, but the rest of the capitol belongs directly to the HOR.........
